+
+Pic animations are assembled in 3 parts:

+- Top-level animations:
+ - `frame` *#*, *duration*: Frame 0 is the original pic (no change)
+ - `setrepeat` *#*: Sets the number of times to repeat
+ - `dorepeat` *#*: Repeats from command *#* (starting from 0)
+ - `end`
