meson: Add -Wno-classmemacces to the compiler
Build fails with gcc 8 otherwise and the only place where it happens has
been explicitely marked as safe in encode_ext.cpp:
memcpy (pCtx->pSvcParam, pCodingParam, sizeof (SWelsSvcCodingParam)); // confirmed_safe_unsafe_usage"
