always (in drawfs):
- draw to internal image data (like memdraw)
offline:
- NOP
- ignore cons+mouse
connect (drawmgr):
- open /dev/draw/new to create new connection
- initial draw internal display to /dev/draw/n

- after each internal draw/flush, draw internal display to /dev/draw/n
