imgsrv: add tag album views
About
requirements:
* coreutils
* plan9port
* shuffle
* imagemagick
howto:
1. copy/move images into sdrip directory
2. cd sdrip
3. run rename.rc
4. run archive.rc (pipe output to sh once you're happy)
5. cd ..
6. mk
